Heenan Blaikie signs long-term lease with Brookfield Properties

TORONTO, Feb. 13 /CNW/ - Heenan Blaikie, one of Canada's top law firms,
is moving into Toronto's new Bay Adelaide Centre in the third quarter of 2009.
Heenan Blaikie and Brookfield Properties recently finalized negotiations for a
long-term 120,000 square foot lease. The new offices will comfortably

If BA2 does start by the end of the year, then there will be lots of growing in that part of town. Considering that the excavation/underground parking construction is already complete, BA2 should pretty much begin to rise relatively quickly.

it would certainly go up faster than BA I since there's no stump to demolish, but i'd imagine they'd still need to dig out the old parking garage to make way for the new core.
