I wasn't saying that I liked the absence of a water feature. I was just replying to another post asking if there was going to be one.
Still no sign of what the surface treatment for the ground level area of the footprint of BAC2 will be like. Waterproofing, etc. has been ongoing in this area for the last couple of weeks. The surface may turn out to be rather underwhelming, as there don't appear to be enough granite pavers on-site to cover it. Looks like there is just enough to finish off the main plaza areas. Anyone taking bets on gravel and chain link fence?

It's even worse on a hazy day. From a 10-15 km distance, you can barely make it out.
All the missing cladding on the east side is now fixed.

The first application for signage was refused by the city. That was for the signs to be placed at the top of each corner of the building. The new app. is below.

The Globe & Mail's "Report on Business" magazine is celebrating its 25th year in publication. In the magazine there are before and after pictures of Toronto, downtown Toronto 25 years ago and today. What a difference! And the Bay Adelaide Centre looks quite distinguished.
