Fantastic! There is huge need in this area for seniors housing. Alot of the SFH are filled with seniors that don't want to leave Beverly but are unable to find suitable housing.

This would've been a nice option for my Baba (grandma), whom we've had to recently move to a seniors facility outside of the neighbourhood.

Nice to see this proposal though. There was previously a Christian elementary (or maybe it was K-9) school here, which was demolished around 2012
