I walked by the Hazelton Hotel this morning and it looks like Richard Mille might be taking over the Louis Black shop. I know that there was always a shop-in-shop here, but more of the brand's signage is going up and one sign reads something along the lines of "Richard Mille Coming Soon"

Does anyone know when and if they will re-install the art sculpture at Yonge/Bloor (NE) corner? They tore up the new granite to install it a few years ago and then nothing came of it so they just paved it over (looks awful).

Looks like luxury accessories brand MCM is moving into the old Nine West space at 93 Bloor

Maserati - Alfa Romeo of Toronto is opening a dealership at Davenport and Bay in the podium of The Florian. Not sure what this means for the Maserati - Ferrari dealership on Avenue.

I read this to mean that the current Hermes space is going to be divided into 2 spaces when Hermes moves to 100 Bloor St W? That would make for two quite small retail units.

I cannot figure out how to include a link as the City has re-jigged its applications site, but here's a screenshot:

A couple of thoughts:
1. That unit extends all the way to the back (where Lulu is). It is possible Gucci is expanding along Bloor and Lulu is taking more space (i.e. the demising could be east/west and not north /south)
2. There was always talk of adding a second floor of retail; i wonder if they are being split into two because a retailer wants a small main floor entrance that leads directly to an expansive second floor (similar to what HMV had)?

In other news, 93 Bloor (9 West), 95A (Swiss Army) are ALL for Lease. I wonder if the buildings will be torn down and rebuilt?

The North Face is also for lease: https://f.tlcollect.com/fr2/217/221...ing_Brochure_(North_Face).pdf?cbcachex=376503

Celine and Brunello Cucinelli are opening on Yorkville Ave next to Chanel and Jimmy Choo. (They've rented the remaining spots in the 106/108 Yorkville Ave redevelopment).

And Contraband (or CNTRBD or whatever) will be moving out of that same structure into a retail unit in 135 Yorkville.

Meanwhile, apparently Charles Khabouth is planning to open a restaurant somewhere close to (if not directly in the space formerly occupied by) where Moroco and that old Hungarian place used to be.

A little sneak peak of the Christian Dior window treatment is visible on the exterior of the second floor of the Bloor space
