It's been rented. Not sure by whom. I believe Strellson was only ever there on a semi-permanent basis. The unit was being advertised with 90 day occupancy.

H&M is also up for lease. Not sure if the landlord is fishing for a higher rent-increase or if they are def. closing. Not that surprising, especially given the One and Apple moving in next door, I can see the landlord trying to sig. increase rent.

I think that Strellson had the unique standing of being their only stand-alone store in the Americas.

There were three standalone Strellson's in Toronto at one point. Most of anywhere in the world. Bloor, Bayview Village, and Yorkdale.

Toronto is strange like that.
Back in the mid 90s, it was one of the few cities in the world with more than one Versace boutique... We had 3 (Hazelton Ave, Bloor St, Queen's Quay Terminal). Then we had 0, now we're back at 2..

Does anyone know who has leased 110 Yorkville. Both it and 95 Bloor are listed as leased.
