Will the rehab of the surrounding building happens in spring then, or has that portion been scrapped (I was very much looking forward to seeing the ugly paint removed and the brick brought back on the western portion)

I still think she is right side heavy as I originally postulated that point based on renders shown. Much better flow and attentions to the two structures with nice clean lines though. I'm not unhappy but hope they will give future plans to correct that. One idea, if technically possible, is to continue the glazing with that width right to the east end of the east side maintaining a hollowed inner for a rooftop forest with coffee shops and maybe restaurants etc. I just like the idea of having greeneries in the dark winter days.

So is refrshing the exterior brick really not in the scope of this project? It looks pretty rough as is...

I was hoping they'd sandblast the paint from the brick so that the true brick colour can show.
