God the potential of this area when VLW opens. Inject it into our veins pls, seasonal flea market downtown when?

102-105 St and this bad boy here are going to be such amazing highlights for downtown for future VLW riders

Some well thought out safety measures will need to be in place at every intersection to allow people wandering along the LRT tracks.

Considering that size increase, would this be upstairs into the office portion? Allied had the various spaces easily available on their website before, but to my knowledge the Boardwalk side was mostly available

edit found the level 2 spaces in question on CBRE : https://www.cbre.ca/resources/filea...development Brochure _DIGITAL INTERACTIVE.pdf

I feel that this area will really pick up if something happens with the old Bay space just across the street. That could be the catalyst for things to happen quickly in the are, as this space is finished and ready to go.

I wouldn't expect too much movement here from a leasing perspective until the Valley Line West is completed and until the 102 Ave. is sorted out in terms of pedestrian vs motor vehicles. As a business owner myself, I know that I would not venture here until the "mess" is cleaned up.

Interesting, if tied to her law firm Purser Law, currently a 3 lawyer team in Ritchie Mill so can't imagine it would be meaningful leasing space in Boardwalk/Revillion

Wonder if we finally see some more leasing activity here. So far Revillion is just BCG on 2nd floor and 10310 (Sabor side) has Alberta Land Surveyors taking #205.

Allied’s specific operating goals for year-end 2025 are as follows:
(i) to have reached occupied and leased area of at least 90%;
(ii) to have sold lower-yielding, non-core properties, primarily in Montréal, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, for at least $300 million and at or above IFRS value, with allocation of proceeds to debt repayment;

Boardwalk/Revillion is Allied's only property in Edmonton, and they just disposed of only Ottawa building in late 2024, so wonder if goes for sale soon
