Looks like their redoing the HVAC on the roof as well, it was quite the mess before.

Yah looks like most of it is coming off. Least it will be easier to cross the roof now. Remember drilling a lot of traverse holes in some of that duct.

No but structural issues hold us back. most buildings do not have the infrastructure currently to facilitate all of those possibilities. I've been on a lot of roofs in this city and it was my thought as well. Then you talk with the Structural Engineers and get a better picture.
