Walked by it last week. Definitely better colours, accents and craftmanship than Block on Shaw Street.

First time seeing these townhomes. Overall, the design is fairly decent. Signs of weathering but not necessarily different from any building through the years and can be cleaned (at some point). I agree that the entrance stairs could have been resolved better though.
