A two-tower student residence development at 97 Elizabeth Street in Brisbane has been granted planning approval, paving the way for construction to begin in July. To be operated by Student One, the $150 million AUD project is joining two other accommodation residences by the company in the city centre, bringing their portfolio to 2,400 beds by 2019.
