Turned out okay. A clone of the other towers in Burnaby, but it's helping to make Burnaby's skyline into a force.

Except a few towers most towers in metro Vancouver are unrecognizable if we post them individually without indicating their names.

In many cities projects over a certain size have to contribute some sort of community amenity. In Burnaby it's called the Community Benefit Bonus Policy, and among other things can include public art. https://www.burnaby.ca/City-Service.../Policies/Community-Benefit-Bonus-Policy.html
