Here's one from the top. I have no idea where the plumbing is, I was expecting there to be some large pipes for water and sewage.

I guess there's so little glass involved that Cidex couldn't help but allow it to be mostly vision glass. Still a (un)healthy dose of spandrel, but it looks better than it could have.

Are both the east and west sides not just blank walls? With the possibility of later additions of murals...

Definitely blank walls, they are built right out to the property line, so any window would end up blocked by the concrete wall of whatever gets built next door.

There is no reason there should be any spandrel on the south face of this one; but Cidex.

You would have a small piece at the demising wall, but that could be a 12" wide piece if keeping spandrel to a minimum were a priority.
