I'm actually liking how this one is turning out, looks good on the skyline and the style is different than what we have here already.

Kind of depends on the angle for me. Certain angles it looks great (from the south or SW, SE) from the NE, or NW I'm not as big a fan. I agree though, it's kind of nice change.

Man they better go hard on finishing up at least that entrance, I don't want to move in into construction zone, such a headache.
My possession was supposed to be this May 26th, and got postponed to June 16. Their reason for it is due to some issues with elevators. If that is true and issues didn't occur, wonder if they were really going to move me in with a podium in this current state.

I have a feeling there will still be some construction going on inside and around the main lobby when you move in, but it's surprising how much they can get done when from now until June 16th. Especially in the warmer weather.

The base of those balconies painted white really ties the place together! What a difference! This building's exterior aesthetics are slowly winning me over.

Agreed. The bright white looks much better and gives more balance to the black.
