The balconies on the north side and northwest corner might still be frosted. It's hard to tell from the renderings, but those balconies look more frosted than the one on the south side...at least in the renderings.

It doesn't look good in that photo. The windows are lost in the dark cladding

There is actually an updated rendering with the new materials used. It is on the North facing hoarding on the sidewalk going down 10th ave. I can't remember if the balconies were frosted in that render.

I never really got the impression from the renderings that the balcony windows would be frosted. I mean some look a bit lighter, but I just assumed that was some artistic license or lighting at play.

Either way, you can't trust renderings for anything but a basic idea of what the building will look like...trying to deduce details from them is a pointless game. Renderings are a marketing exercise to showcase the building in as positive light as possible, not to be an absolutely accurate depiction of materials.

One of the problems with the northside is that the sun is never on it very often, so we never get a chance to see what it looks like in good lighting.

I think the northside should've had more glass on it because they will be in the shade most of the time, maybe they didn't go with it because of the cold north wind.

I remember when the building first started construction, it was going sooooo slow. It's hard to believe the crane is coming down.

It's been a long time coming, but I'm happy with how it turned out. Definitely something different and high quality as far as Calgary condos go.

I'm of the opposite opinion. Renderings looked awesome, initial construction looked meah, as it went up it started looking great again, but as it finishes it looks bad. I thought there was going to be a lot more white in the project. The renderings showed white glass railings which would have looked amazing. Alas it is not to be. Won't look terrible but not the stunner I was hoping for.

Looks like the white is still yet to go up on the west side, so there's still hope :)

Here's a shot of the NE corner that looks a bit better IMO, not so much of a dark blob. I've always been getting photos in lighting that isn't the best. This flat gray light shows it better, and I think this angle will look great in the morning with the sun on it.

^That's much better. I agree with Familia though, the frosted would have made it look more like the rendering, and better IMO.
