After such a slow start they are moving at a good pace now. If my counting is right, they are at 23 floors now? So still 8 more floors to go, which will make for a nice tall, slim look.

The building looks fantastic from 11th Ave, especially on sunny days. When the Marriott Hotel is done it'll make for an interesting backdrop, and an interesting contrast of colours .

That sounds about right. Even now at ~28 storeys it has a nice height to it. I can't wait to see that stretch of 10th ave once this and the Residence Inn is done.

Interesting how the balconies go all the way across on the south but are interspersed on the north... hadn't noticed that before.

Those nice wide balconies will be great sitting in the sun most of the time. I would think that even in the winter, it'll be nice on several occasions.

I count 28 floors, so four more livable floors plus mechanical.
