It's an awkward site - one frontage is the Ctrain tracks and the other is an alley. I guess they are orienting it southeast so the facade looks towards the Ctrain station with downtown behind - the top two floors will have some nice views. The location in the "what's a 10 minute walk" away sense is extremely nice, but the actual location is meh.

I have to think the price point will be lower than Annex, hopefully they can make the numbers work. Concrete first floor with wood framing above, like Archer?

Not having any street in front makes it a bit awkward, but maybe that'll be a plus for some. You'll hear the sound of the train once in a while, but it'll be very quiet most of the time.

It seems they are aiming at the investor/buyer as they did with Era in Bridgeland.

Would be a great location for rentals. Quiet spot and the views are good above the second floor. The three seconds of the train passing is barely noticeable. Wish it was louder; part of the city ambience.
