I imagine it’ll stay, unless they axe the rooftop patio as a whole, but hese days the rooftop patios are becoming a basic required amenity.

Truman aren't super cheap, they spend money where they feel like it adds something, and I think that pergola adds something for sure. So I'm guessing it will stay.

Pergola has gone up. It’s steel. Looks separate from the front facade where that column was transitioning to the top horizontal member but still keeps the element in the design.

City really needs to clean up the medians on Memorial. Plant some proper grasses or something instead of letting weeds grow.

They do weed the medians a few times a summer but the poppies get outcompeted pretty fast.

Can confirm large sections of face-fastened hardie panel visible from south side of memorial. Brick sections look great though!

I saw that too today and was disappointed to see it. Side yard and alley side would be understandable but the brick is such a majority of the front elevation that keeping the remainder elevated would have gone a long way to keeping the value high.
