For a minute there I panicked, thinking the brick was not going to be the material. I see in the renderings that block paneling is a planned part of the design.

BAD news… I passed by this today… the brick has been VE'd out. Beige cladding instead it seems. I’ll try to get a pic if I can…

hopefully they keep it on the front side. This is such a central location for UD, I wouldn't be surprised if they push them to keep the Main Street facing facade.

Going by the renderings, the front was a mix of brick, beige, paneling, and dark charcoal panelling. If they stick to that, I’ll be happy I don’t care about the other three sides.

Fortunately it doesn’t look bad IMO. Brick on the focal areas would still elevate.

So no brick from the looks of it I was hoping there would be brick at least on the front, but as far as paneling goes it's one of the better looking panel exteriors. The kept the colors simple and straightforward.

It’s still better than most 5/1s. I’m looking forward to seeing U/D after it’s built out.
