I though this one was concrete. It should look good once completed. I wouldn't want to own a piece.

It's one that looks like it would be a concrete building, but isn't. The new one by Gracorp (can't remember the name) will be concrete.

Reinforced concrete structures are expensive. Wood products are fine. This is the cheapest quality.

Resi suites are being boarded. We’ve had a crew of 5 on site for the commercial bays a/c for the last week. They have new rules of only 1 trade at a time in resi suites so work has slowed obviously and likely less electricians and plumbers on site. I’ve only been here for the last week so not sure how much it has scaled down.

In your second picture you can see our sea can on the roof, door is open so our guy must have been working in it when you took the picture!
