There does appear to be red brick that doesn't make a whole lot of sense at this point. I was expecting more brick too.

That really is one of the cheapest looking buildings I’ve seen in a city. No idea why it was approved.

TBH, I find August to be one of less cheap looking buildings. There are dozens of new buildings with hardy board and vinyl paneling that are much cheaper looking. (looking at you Giordano)
