I love everything about this except the balconies. Personally I think they should be bigger, at least the ones on the second floor, they could have turned them into terraces maybe. The bottom retail portion is perfect. Thanks for the update UW.

The second floor slab has been poured and structural concrete is complete! Framing started going up earlier this week.

Oh holy smokes! I did even realize this one had broken ground. I haven't been by Marda Loop in a while. I wonder if I'm even going to recognize it. Great update!
