Most important in that development's plans that have to do with this... T2 is the large office building. Looks like there's a demolition permit out there "by others". Interesting they subdivided...

Looks like the Plaza is going to remain and the phase 1 tower is mentioned too.

Also... I think the parking structure is staying. This mentions T2 Parkade connection, I've walked from T1 (the conversion building to the T2 Parkade). There is no parking existing under T1, so I assume this connection is being maintained.

^Build the first two towers along with that big plaza/podium along 1st first please. Lots of work here if the plan is just to proceed with one tower to start.

May as well redevelop this one too, finish this entire area of 1st all at once haha
