I think so. The weather really blew in and out quickly, so it would have been very close.

So...I don't know anything about steel construction but it seems odd to build so high in one area, complete the facade of another (SW portion), and have nothing going on in the other areas. I assume this is because of the wide footprint of the building and it's easier to build a certain portion and then move the crane and build another portion.

Hmm... This makes me wonder about the "park" entrance signs. I know they've moved the one from 17th Ave to Enmax Park (I think), wonder if these will be repurposed, if something new will be built in its place, or if they're going to forego "Welcome" signs altogether. I'd like to see something but I don't think something like this over the road is it. I'm thinking something like the Inglewood sign across from Cold Garden or maybe something instagramable people can take pictures with a interact with like the Banff sign.

The northern entrance is planned to be moved to 4 Street and 12 Ave so the sign will have to be moved if nothing else
