Hear me out, enable tobogganing down the arm of the convention centre. Like the CopenHill. Would help turn Stampede Park into that year-round destination they're taking about on none game days haha.

Kind of a crazy idea, but not that crazy. Would be extremely cool, if there was some sort of half pipe / jump track down the arm. If we weren't worried about the Saddledome roof collapsing, it would be a cool skateboard park.Hear me out, enable tobogganing down the arm of the convention centre. Like the CopenHill. We're counting on you!Maybe I’ll walk over at lunch tomorrow and get some updated pictures.
Alright here you go...
...
I thought the 17th Ave road width was quite narrow. Two lanes of traffic max. Also did not expect all the black at the 'back of house'. I also included a picture of the copper cover on the building near the new Red Line station under construction. Definitely a much more reflective material.

Thought they said on the news the other day that the thing is pretty well booked for awhileDo they have many major events booked other than the Rotary conference? Wasn't part of the earlier planning discussions but any fears that this will host a couple of events a year and not able to bring people and local businesses to build up the area year round
