Start of something great for 24 Ave. I like the street "formula" here and on Bowness Road, probably hundreds of stretches of road that could use this treatment
I cycle down this route a fair bit, and I'm looking forward to when there a few developments along side.

Are there any signs of life on the other 24th Ave. proposals?
Unfortunately nothing happening with the other sites. At the Codetta site it looks like some things have been moved, but that's it.
