Great photo - really shows you what you can do by moving a building up to the sidewalk. Great framing of the street and no wasted setback for some high-maintenance, no-value postage stamp of grass. 24th is looking good!

24th avenue is so close to going into game change mode. A couple more developments like this and the rest of the avenue will rapidly flip over to an urban avenue.

It's always pretty crazy to think that 2-3 houses used to sit on this land turning into 52 units. I need to take a walk down 24 one of these days, gotta be so different than back in my University days now.
