The owner is going to sell as many as condos as they can. The rest they will rent. The size of this project (80+ suites) is pretty ambitious by their standards so we will see how long it takes for construction to start.
Thanks for the update. Condos could be a tough go, but as SP pointed out, the locations is a good one. Time will tell.

Hi All,
This Looks Interesting. Not a Lot to It but Still Nice, Just wondering About the Location.
Tnx,
Operater,

Hi,
If the Lots is NOW "For Sale" Does this Mean the Dvlpr Got say Cold Feet so is Selling Out?

Tnx,
Operater.

The project is not quite dead. Pre-sales did not go well. Owner is now looking at purpose rental instead (add this to the 2000+ units under construction or about to be).
My guess is that if he can get a good offer for the property, he is out of there.

It's a bad product. Who would want to pay for a condo that only has archer holes for windows?

Hopefully it is completely reimagined.

I don't know anything about Chelsea Sky, and that was probably part of the problem. If you're buying an apartment tower condo in today's slow market, you'll want to go with someone like Embassy Bosa, Qualex or Battistella. The chances of it getting built are much better. In bootm times when people are speculating, the project may have gone ahead.
