We'll see how it turns out. At this point i think the corrugated metal adds a cool texture, but I think with the black sections of EIFS or stucco, the contrast between light corrugated metal and dark stucco is really stark. I personally think the black sections would look better painted as a relative colour match to the corrugated metal, that way it is a textural element only and wouldn't have such a strong contrast which would make it more jarring and polarizing IMO. It would feel more like some of renders if they went that route.

Either way I will reserve my judgement for later, but that is what I am seeing at this point.

Nope. That’s the problem. Numbered company and rndsqr didn’t even know what the material was going to be and just sold it. At DP, material specificity would give us an idea. This was probably an acceptable alt in the specs or negotiated with the City. And for anyone asking about about trees in the courtyard....I’m not sure.
