This is 125 rental apartments. G.C. is Traine Construction out of Kelowna. Expected completion is Sept 2022. Developer was Tollo Developments although they have gone dark now so I don't know if they are still in the picture.

125 units seems like a lot given the pictures, good to see this one progress! Whether it's 90 or 125, that number of units would be one of the larger single buildings in the inner SW I think (outside of Beltline and city centre).

Glad I found this thread, one of my favourite projects. I see they've taken down the power poles too. This part of the city could be very cool, with the hill overlooking downtown and its close proximity to the beltline.

drove past recently. from 26th ave there are foundations above ground. not sure how it looks from the bottom of the hill though.
