Whoever is managing this project did great. Looks like it went to council around last May and they are under construction already.

I would seriously consider living in this building based on design and proximity to Shiki Menya & El Charrito Taquiera.

Interesting story for those interested, but word has it that Michael Bucci checks out the site fairly regularly, and when the project went to council last May and there was some opposition (as expected), Bucci had used comments from the forum to show support for the project.

Are they going to build both buildings at once? I really hope so, it would be great to finally complete The Bridges. Just needs Steps to resume and all that would be left is the block to the east of Steps.

The entire retail portion and the west tower are the first phase. The second phase is the east tower. Unless something has changed over the last 6 months or so, it will be a phased project.
