Not digging the paneling. This is one I would have been fine with a crisp flat white stucco to get a unitized facade grid. Ultimate preference, a poured concrete structure.

I like the reflectivity and metallicness of the panels. I would have also liked a flat stuccoish look or a flat white aluminium look, but one thing the metallic look will do is play off the colors of the sky (as the architect mentioned). I can't imagine a cooler looking building on a gray rainy day.

The panels look good. They are used everywhere. Crisp white stucco or cast in place concrete would stand out as being different.

I think Dominion is going to reshape the landscape for Bridgeland once it's done. It'll set a new tone for the neighborhood in a good way.

Looks like just the west tower for now, but it wouldn't surprise me if the east tower wasn't too long after that.
