An okay building, but I don't like the roof element. It might have been better if it covered the whole roof area, or to not have it at all.

I like the way Royal View turned out in the end. Nothing spectacular, but a good solid tower, and it looks very much like the rendering. Nice that they used brick instead of stucco.

I walk by this building two or three times a week, and I have to say it's not bad I like the way it looks at ground level. Thanks for those nice overhead updates.

It's an interesting building. It's like a hybrid between the older style of buildings in the Beltline and and the scale and design of the newer ones. I wouldn't mind seeing more building differentiating themselves in this way. Lest the Beltline become Little Vancouver.

Agree. It's very much a hybrid between the old 80's apartments and the new, and I'm with you....a few more like this can't hurt. One of the things I love about the Beltline is the diversity of the various towers.

People have moved into this one. Noticed it when I walked by on Monday. It is a great location with that redeveloped park across the street.
That park is going to be great when It's done I think. Definitely an upgrade from what was there, although the night time lawn bowling was kinda cool.

I like it too. A nice, un-controversial addition to the neighbourhood, with a narrow footprint and plenty of density. It works especially well next to the older, broader apartment blocks in the neighbourhood.
