Something this dark will tint the view out of the home and change the paint colours on a bright day. White will appear as grey. There's also that cheap window, spandrel, mullions, etc.

I like the darkness of this one so far, it's something different. I thought there were rumors Concord 2 would start up. Finishing that building would really help this part of downtown.
