How much does anyone want to bet that the screen is either completely removed or watered down into something atrocious? Agree, pretty cheap build for this site, although I guess it’s better than an empty lot. In reality who the hell wants to live next to an overpass?

Given the location I’m happy to see something is even being built there. If it has a cool screen covering and other stuff, that’ll be a bonus. If it is hardy board or cheap siding, I will still be happy.

I have a nervous feeling the outer mesh will be downgraded somehow, but I’m sticking with the ‘it’s better than nothing’ mantra.

It looks like there are some brackets for it, so I don't think it's been removed entirely.

I doubt the screen will be removed, that is the entire design of this, otherwise we will just get a boring box. Definitely seems to be accommodated for in the pictures.

It won’t be removed. The overhang at the top of the south and west facades seems indicative that it is definitely happening.

It seems like all of these small projects hit the point where the next step is the exterior finish and then not much action for a while. I'm hoping they're waiting for the materials or the labour to install the materials.

You can’t tell from these photos, but there is work happening on the interior. I could see through the windows there was some interior work happening.
