Why? As others said The Windsor turned out really good. Despite development difficulties, in the end, its what ends up standing that counts!

ASI's project look good enough, the concern is whether they can finish any more projects. The Windsor barely made it to the finish line due to contractors not being paid, and you have to wonder how they'll do going forward. I wish them well, I haven't heard good things about them.

I strongly encourage you to get up close and take in the windsor. Walk the block. It's pretty horrendous.

I second this. The newer renderings of this project are also horrendous. They've completely value engineered it so it resembles something that belongs by the airport. Does anyone have these renderings handy? I can't find them

I'd love to see their 14 ST project get the next go ahead. This corner needs some rest and reset -- can't wait for some sunny patio season summers on 5th with a break from hoarding.

If there's going to be another one after The Fifth, I hope it's this or the 14th street project, though I'd be fine with them refurbishing the 14th street building and doing this instead.
