Last year Grow and Courtyard33 were paused and it was due to the changing of GCs. I wonder if that's the case here?

I thought they did too, but the sign says Ironwood Building Corp. Not sure if they're the GC or company doing the facade.

The owner is my neighbor, I can ask. I believe they were only doing part of the job (framing).
