26 floors, with 264 units. I don't know if anyone has been around this building lately, but this may already be underway, as according to Alberta Projects, a BP was issued in April.

Is this conversion not funded in part by the downtown office conversion program? I don't see it listed on the city's webpage.

It doesn't appear to be. I can't find any documentation tying it to the program.
