Excavator on site today, took the picket fence between this site and and the Peking lot to the east.
Update on build across the alley is that it has had some progress but it’s still quite slow moving as well.

They’ve been building that for years. Work on it for a month or so and it sits for 6 months. One year it will be finished. Excited for harmony though

Excavator back on site for this one after being gone for a bit. Also appears building across the alley has topped out. Finally!

This one has started excavating. Don't have any pictures, but they are digging.
If they are actually starting on this, this is truly a landmark occasion.
