It’s partially excavated, but hasn’t changed at all since the photo from October 19.

This looks a lot to me like a developer that wants to show investors that something is happening, while not having the financing to actually make something happen.

Given the way this project had gone from the beginning it’s quite possible.
It would be nice to see this get built, at the same time I feel bad for the investors. They could’ve invested into a number of other projects that have long been built already.

I wasn’t able to get a photo, but they have cleared away significant more earth since last photo, no action today likely due to the weather.

So the plan appears to be, do a couple of days work and then take a 3 month break. The building should be completed by 2088.
