It might. They should be able to have minimal spandrel above what the rendering shows, but I'm not confident.

As I've mentioned multiple times, the renderings don't match the DP Architecturals. There will be more spandrel. There are units that have full kitchens backing the exterior where they show glass.

Hadn't seen the plans yet, definitely going to be excess spandrel. Don't put f'ng kitchens on an outside wall with curtain / window wall! NORR is such an amateur operation...
