This is one of the best designed and executed mid-rise projects to go up in Calgary in recent years.
You'd think that a building boring box with fewer materials would be the easiest and most efficient thing to build well - yet most others seem to struggle to keep it simple, clean and not use like 6 colours. I would imagine the construction is simpler too with fewer random protrusions and roof lines, as well reducing the long-run points of failure and maintenance issues.This is one of the best designed and executed mid-rise projects to go up in Calgary in recent years.
The architects who did Courtyard 33 should take note.All aligned with no protruding boxes, must be a new fad!
I actually like the corrugated cladding here, usually I like it as a complimentary material and not the main cladding, but this looks well executed.
