I like the silver panels, kind of muted, but a bit of shininess to them. This is going to be a great addition to the Riverwalk when it's done.

I dislike that weird jog in the black paneling (second last picture), would have preferred keeping the line level and narrowing those 2 1/2 panels

Or make them long panels like what was done in between the two windows on the floor below

With this black facade right across the street from Alt Hotel's black facade, you have to ask: how much more black could this street get?

M2 looks great in those first two pics with the trees contrasting against the black metal. Just imagine how it'll look on a fall day when those trees are more mature, also I hope they plant a couple more trees in front when the construction is complete.

To be honest, I find this building a bit more generic than I was hoping. It's a nice, clean, modern effort.. but there's nothing really unique or interesting about it either. From the river-side, it comes across as a podium for an unbuilt tower.
