Good to know they're reopening, but I'll miss them in marda. I'm excited for this development but not looking forward to losing the gym. I've been going there for 10+ years and there isn't a good alternative in the area

Only the land use has been submitted. We don't even have a DP yet. Probably at least a year, if not a bit more, before any real action can start (assuming Council passes the land use).
