So I was doing a little digging because I couldn't any floor plans or sales unit with regards to this project.
It turns out that this is going to be a rental unit and not condos like I first assumed - kind of a bummer to be honest.

Most of the construction in the beltline and mission is for rentals - It would have been nice to have a new built for sale.
