Slow pace or work stoppages seem to be common with these smaller builders/developers ... RNDSQR, Indevelopment, Torode. You would think there would not be an issue getting trades ... although single family construction has been robust lately.Haven't really seen any progress on this in a few weeks. Drove past today and only saw one guy on site.

Yes. The cost of lumber for the average builder has almost doubled in the last two months.Definitely a shortage of wood studs. I was told that they are around, but are way more expensive.
I was thinking the same. It looks ridiculously sloped and it doesn't appear to be the photo lol.Did the construction crew forget to bring the level?
