Agreed, between this and Harmony One it should make that stretch of 16th east of Edmonton Trail a lot less Detroit-ish looking.

i feel Calgary need to pay more attention on 16 ave area. it is part of Trans Canada HWY, but look so terrible. probably YONG FINCH could be an example to copy
