I really like how this one turned out. I actually really wish I wasn't in University so I could afford a place in this tower. Maybe I'll get one in Phase 2 :)

A gym, and two social areas. The gym is the two storey area with the large glass windows.
 
Ahhh now I see what they meant when they advertised the amenities area as two storeys. I couldn't figure it out before, but that is awesome. I'm so jealous of the people who get to live in this tower. Tons of retail, tons of amenity space, and the rooftop patio with an insane view of the downtown core!
 
For how cheap these places are, they certainly come with a lot of benefits. I wonder what's taking them so long to launch phase 2.
 
It's gonna be nice when they get the construction fencing down. That'll be a nice stretch of sidewalk for pedestrians.
