Agreed. what an amazing turnaround for that block. There will now be two main cultural institutions, a condo tower and a hotel right there.

We've seen lots of updates of N3, but I don't recall seeing photos of it in the morning.

Wow, it's character has really changed since the cladding came up. It looks great. It might be my favourite in the area now.

Thanks for posting those pictures, I've never seen this building in the morning only during evening or afternoon. I have to say, I'm impressed how different it looks depending on the lighting, in the afternoon it's a very light almost white coloured building, but in the morning the building as a whole has a fairly dark look. This is good.
