Just to clarify, it's not quite installed. They will pour a portion of the concrete foundation and cast that section into it. It's there waiting.

It will likely happen very soon, developers don't like to pay for cranes that aren't being used.
 
Might see Nest completed before the Broward.
 
It’s cool that we have at least two others proposed as well. One in Mission and another in Vic Park at 14th and Centre. Neither quite as tall as Nest, but both I believe are 35 meters (lowest limit for “high-rise”).
 
Nope, this one. You can see the lot on the SW corner of the intersection, noted as 1801, this lot is literally sized for a house. The house that was here looks to have been torn down around 2017.
 
Interesting. I thought it went all the way to the field on the west side, and close to the river on the south side.

No, the south side between this and the river is a park.
