Every time I Go through City Hall Interlocking on the Trains those Signals always tell a Story of Who got the Right of Way Under that New Library. Most Interesting Both North/South and East/West..

That is a pretty neat idea, I don't know if I'm 100% behind the claim that this is the "greatest civic project since the 1988 Olympics," but it is for sure a really cool idea.

I don't like the public art at all. I mean it's fine in its own right, but the placement is awkward and takes away from one of the best Vista's of the library. The city is still failing hard when it comes to art!

No doubt! It disrupts the flow, especially on the east side.
